Find the route that fits your education.

  1. After Class XII

Explore bachelor’s and specialist programmes. Tell Admissions your board, certificate title, subjects and year of completion. Ask which certificate and marksheets are needed to assess your qualification.

  2. After a bachelor’s degree

Compare master’s programmes. Give your degree title, awarding university, study duration and subject. Admissions will explain the document and entrance-examination requirements for your chosen programme.

  3. After a master’s or specialist qualification

Discuss postgraduate research training, known as aspirantura. Check how your qualification meets the entry requirements and which research field matches your interests.

Your qualification must meet the requirements of the chosen study level. Confirm eligibility, examinations and intake dates with Admissions; there is no single entry rule for every Indian board or university.

Choose your field.

Explore AI and IT, law, economics and public administration, architecture, diplomacy, theology, and the Medical Faculty’s psychology and research routes. The faculty guide connects each field to its programmes and academic team.

Looking for MBBS? The Medical Faculty’s listed programmes cover clinical psychology and postgraduate research in genetics, medical psychology and brain research. These are not an MBBS or General Medicine degree. Check the exact qualification and any recognition or professional-practice requirements in India before choosing a programme.

Prepare your Russian and your documents.

Start in English. Study in Russian.

Teaching is in Russian. The Academy provides Russian-language preparation; ask about the starting level, timetable, format and fees for your planned intake. These English pages are an application guide, not an English-taught degree offer.

Plan your language preparation

Check the document list first.

Give your citizenship and the country where each qualification was issued. Prepare a list of certificates, marksheets and degree transcripts. Confirm Russian translations and any legalisation or recognition requirements before ordering services.

Documents and application steps

Legalisation and recognition are separate procedures. Requirements depend on the document and its issuer; see the official Study in Russia admission guide.

Plan the full cost and your arrival.

  • Budget in RUB. Check tuition and living-cost planning. Add accommodation, food, insurance, travel, language preparation and document costs. Any INR conversion is only an estimate; confirm the contract and payment method with the Academy.
  • Arrange study entry. SGLA supports study-visa invitations. Confirm the current visa checklist with the Russian consulate responsible for your application and use our arrival guide. An invitation is not a visa decision.
  • Discuss accommodation early. The Academy helps with accommodation arrangements. Confirm availability, location, cost and booking conditions before travel. Explore the Izmaylovo campus and student life.

Your first message to Admissions.

Include your citizenship, qualification and awarding board or university, graduation year, preferred programme, intended intake and Russian-language level. Use the online enquiry form; no phone call is needed. Do not include passport numbers or identity scans. Ask how to submit documents through the formal application process.

Your next step

Tell us about your study plans.

Send a short enquiry about a transfer or a future programme. Leave your email for a written reply; a phone number and a call are not required.

You can also ask about documents, Russian-language preparation, a study-visa invitation and accommodation.
